Customer Background

A UK-based customer in the adult toys industry is seeking an EVA case that can be customized with their brand. 

Problem

The case should have easy-to-clean surfaces both inside and out, ensure high levels of privacy and security, and offer flexibility for carrying adult toys, lubricants, and hygiene accessories during travel. They are inquiring whether we are able to fulfill these requirements.

Our Solution

First, customizing the logo is simple. We suggest debossing their logo directly onto the tooling to enhance brand visibility. To ensure the case is flexible enough to hold various adult toys and accessories of different sizes and shapes, we recommend adding elastic bands and mesh pockets for organization. Additionally, to ensure easy cleaning and maintain hygiene, we propose using PU for the outer material and Multispandex for the interior. Finally, for security, we suggest a custom numeric lock with their logo shaped like a heart. The customer was very pleased with our solution and eagerly awaited the sample. As a result, they became a long-term client, placing orders with us regularly.
