    EVA cases are made using a thermoforming technique.   The first step is to choose the surface and lining materials. These materials are then laminated together with an EVA sheet sandwiched in between to create a composite sheet.     Once the sheet is ready, it is cut into the appropriate size for case forming.     The laminated sheets are then heated in an oven to soften them.      The heated sheet is placed over an EVA mold (shaped like the final case shell).     A vacuum is applied to remove any trapped air and pull the material tightly into the mold, sometimes with the help of pressurized air. This process shapes the laminated sheet into the detailed contours of the mold. After a brief forming cycle, a burst of reverse air pressure is applied from the vacuum side to break the vacuum seal and assist in releasing the formed parts from the mold as the tooling opens.     The next step is to arrange for trimming the excess material and cut out the shell for stitching purposes.     After that, our QC staff will inspect each shell individually. Shells that pass the inspection will be sent to our stitching workshop for the stitching and assembly process.       Once the entire product is completed, our FQC team will handle the stitching thread end cutting and inspect each product individually. Only those that meet our quality standards will be forwarded to the next stage.     Products that meet our quality standards will be placed into polybags and packed into export cartons. We will then arrange the delivery method based on the customer's request.
