Complete Packaging Customization for a Watch Company: Tailoring Solutions to Meet Unique Needs

Customer Background

A customer from Switzerland, renowned for manufacturing their famous watches, is looking for a company to manage the entire packaging process for their products.

Problem

The customer is looking for an EVA case that goes beyond the basic options typically produced in China. They require a waterproof case that is also suitable for display at the sales counter. In addition, they need gift box packaging. After consulting with several factories, they found that many could not offer a solution that met their specific needs.

Our Solution

We have our own division responsible for arranging printed gift boxes, so producing the paper gift box was not a problem. However, the EVA case presented a bigger challenge. Since the customer required a waterproof case, we used specialized waterproof material for the outer shell. Additionally, we applied a unique technique to securely attach a waterproof zipper to the case, ensuring it met the desired level of waterproofing. For display purposes, we recommended a removable inlay to securely hold the watch and interchangeable watch bands. We also suggested a removable lanyard, allowing the user to easily carry the case. Once we delivered the complete packaging set, the customer was very pleased with the results. Over the years, we have continued to provide different cases for their various watch models, with the customer placing repeat orders.
