Problem

The customer is looking for a portable EVA case to store his device and cables for their bundled sale. He has explored available tooling from various EVA factories but has not been successful. He reached out to us for assistance in finding a suitable solution.

Our Solution

Having produced thousands of EVA cases for various customers, we reviewed the available options and found a tooling that perfectly suits the size of his device. Additionally, we recommended adding a mesh pocket under the lid to store the cables. To further enhance the case, we suggested incorporating a custom rubber patch on the exterior to showcase his brand. After producing the sample, the customer was delighted with the result and placed several orders with us. He has been very satisfied with the products we provided.
