Our customer, based in France, owns a company that specializes in manufacturing mesotherapy equipment.

Problem

The customer needed a reliable EVA case to store his device and accessories.  Previously, he had purchased similar bags from another factory, but his customers reported that the bags were not user friendly and didn’t offer adequate protection.  He contacted us for help in finding a better solution.

Our Solution

Having handled similar requests from other customers, we reviewed his device and determined that a custom CNC inlay would be the best way to securely hold the device in place.  Additionally, we suggested adding a mesh pocket under the lid for storing treatment procedures documentation and user guide.  To make the case easy to carry, we included a heavy duty handle for added convenience.

We provided renderings of the proposed case to the customer for approval.  He was very happy with our recommendations.
