Customer Background

The customer, based in China, has requested a custom case from their own company, specifically designed to fit the SONY WH-1000XM5 headphones, along with the cable.

Problem

The customer understands that there is high demand for this case, but they want it to be stylish and compact in size. However, the budget is limited, and they would like us to propose a cost-effective solution for this project.

Our Solution

Having worked with many overseas customers, we know that a two-tone polyester design can provide an elegant look while keeping material costs affordable. We also understand the customer's desire for a slim, easily accessible case. After consulting with our designer, we proposed an open-flap pocket in the middle of the case to store the cable. Once we provided the drawing, the customer was confident that it would work. We then created a sample for approval within 10 days. After reviewing the sample, the customer was satisfied with the result. They placed an initial test order of 500 pieces to assess the market. Following shipment, we were pleasantly surprised when they placed another order for 1,000 pieces the next month. The customer shared that the feedback on this model has been very positive.
